Extensive and good hot breakfasts, the stay was really nice!

There were a balcony, a mini-refrigerator, and a writing table in my junior suite.

Everything was first-class; had an enjoyable stay for the holidays. the location was very central, close to the train station, Chapel Bridge, shopping area, and Lucerne lake. - the Old Town district was definitely worth visiting.

clean place with delightful view of the lake. outstanding assortment of slices of fresh bread and eggs for breakfast. perfect position: short walk from the train station. a huge variety of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

The hotel has extremely friendly staff who provide great service. Its location is magnificent, being next to the wooden bridge, lake, river, and old town, with many walking distance sightseeing options like the lion monument.

VERY NOISY. Rock live music was organized in the hotel entrance until late night. I could not sleep well. True 5-star hotels do not need to organize such a funky music event on their premise. Electronic kettle was rusting out.

This place is situated in a lovely area, just a short walk away from a lively festival and the historic city wall. the location is fantastic, especially since it's right next to a striking Lion monument 🦁.

Everyone was was very cordial and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Staff were especially helpful, nice and professional. The location was wonderful. We had a corner, balcony room with fantastic views. Loved our stay!

Cost a little high, especially for October.

Check-in was a breeze and we were able to stay longer on our departure day, making our visit romantic and stress-free 😉.

- Because our room is on 2nd floor, in the evening, outdoor lights of the hotel is just toward the rooms, we have to close the curtain completly and not comfortable to use the balcony either.

I think the staff are very friendly,proffecianal and helpful. The porters were so nice which I think is very important as they are the first people you meet when you reach a hotel let alone when you are in a different country. The concierage I can not explain how polite and profecianal he was. Every thing was perfect

The view was breathtaking! The room is spacious, although we did have a junior suite for 3 adults. The room was very clean but thought furnishing was a bit dated. Overall great hotel!
